CUSTOM ORDERS Velveteen Blankets can take up to 10 business days for delivey. Each blanket is made to order...and worth the wait!
On custom orders such as velveteen blankets, shower curtains, and cutting boards there are no exchanges or refunds (unless product is defective). Each of these items is made to order.
You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund (see custom order policy for exception). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Additional international shipping fees may apply depending on country.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel an order you have placed with BIFG CLOTHING, you must contact customer service by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone 801-598-7908. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped.
When contacting customer service to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your NAME, ORDER NUMBER, and CONTACT INFORMATION.
Please note that if order has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
OUT OF STOCK POLICY
Inventory can fluctuate throughout the day, so an item indicated as “in-stock” when you place an order may, in fact, be out-of-stock. In this case, we will make every effort to contact you immediately by email. This email will provide you with information on how to cancel the order or to have the order put on “back order”
All items indicated to be in stock will be shipped within 48 hours or less from time of order. Not counting weekends and holidays.
A confirmation email will be sent once the item leaves the warehouse. This email will also provide tracking information and estimated delivery date.
BIFG CLOTHING is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.
Please note that we do not perform exchanges. The product(s) in question will need to be returned and a new order placed.
